That’s how many injuries there are for soccer players every year.
If you compare that with a sport like powerlifting, the rates are much higher.
Why do you think that is the case?
Because on the soccer field, you deal with forces you can’t control.
If somebody slams into you like a mortar, the chances of receiving an injury are multiplied. These forces are absent when you’re, for example, bench pressing. If you have crap technique or think throwing 100 pounds on your personal best without training for it is wise, it’s your fault.
But Dude, Is Penis Enlargement Safe?
No.
No, it isn’t.
As with everything about your body, there is a chance of injury.
Then again, you could walk down the street and get hit by a falling piano, crushing and killing you instantly.
But with the preamble out of the way, I wanted to draw your attention to one important fact:
If you get hurt, it’s your own fault.
Don’t jelq for five hours straight on your first day. Don’t stretch your penis so hard it turns black. If you don’t do anything stupid, it’s near impossible to hurt your penis.
But I get it. You’re still worried that your erections won’t be as strong, that you’re wasting time in exchange for hot air and zero results or, worse, injury.
How To Minimize The Chances Of Injury
-
Warm up
I’ve written a whole article on this, so I won’t rehash it here. Read it, because it’s important.

Stop IMMEDIATELY When You Feel Pain
As with everything in life, when you touch a burning stove, remove your hands. Pain is a signal that you’re doing something wrong. You might feel a pulling sensation when stretching, or the feeling of blood filling your penis when jelqing. That might be uncomfortable, but it should never ever hurt.
-
Get Adequate Rest
I’ve written about the signs of overtraining already. To summarize: If your penis feels sore, fatigued, has weird spots, you can’t get a boner… then take the day/week/month off until it has returned to normal. Doesn’t matter what the schedule of your routine is, health is more important.

Don’t Wrench Or Jerk Your Penis Hard
I’d hope this goes without saying. When you stretch your penis, don’t pull it out like you’re unsheathing a sword in front of your sworn enemy. Gently pull to the maximum tension you can take and keep it there. When you jelq, don’t use a death grip. Simple as that.

Progress Slowly
If you used the VLC Tugger for an hour yesterday, don’t add seven today. Add maybe half an hour, if your penis isn’t too fatigued. Or don’t add any time at all and keep it at an hour for the week.
Now that we’ve discussed all of that, there’s another important message I want to leave you with.
Right Now, You’re At A Crossroads
You found this website. You have all the information you need on here.
Now, you could either…
… do nothing and look down at your penis every day, thinking “If only I were a little bigger…”
You’ll question whether you’re “big enough” for your woman, whether you satisfy her, whether she fantasizes about being taken by a bigger cock while you thrust away insider her. You’ll get frustrated with yourself for never taking a risk in life.
OR
… you could ease into an intelligently designed program of penis stretching, jelqing, pumping, or what have you. You could back off when you see any signs of overtraining to make sure you stay injury free. You would measure your penis every four to eight weeks and see some small, but definitely measurable, improvement in your penis length.
You’d add some kegels in to make your erections harder. Slowly but surely, your woman will notice, too, asking you to be gentle with her because she can’t take your hung cock. You’ll feel more confident all around.
Which one would you rather have?
As long as you don’t overdo it and watch out for warning signs, you’ll be fine. Your penis will likely be slightly fatigued at the beginning, but it’ll get used to it and come back stronger.
This isn’t soccer, after all.
P.S. When you decide to give it a try, check out my reviews of the Bathmate X30 and VLC Tugger. You’ll gain so fast, you’ll never doubt again whether taking this tiny risk is worth it.
