How To Manually Stretch Your Penis
If you don’t want to spend too much time and money on growing your dick, I believe penis stretching gives you the best bang for your buck.
It’s simple, doesn’t take too much time, and although you probably won’t see too much gains in girth, the length gains alone are worth it. You will also notice an increase in flaccid length, which will turn your cock from a grower into a shower. How awesome is that?
Before we go on, I want to share a warning that has been echoed throughout every penis enlargement forum I’ve visited.
Never stretch an erect penis.
First of all, it’s not really stretching. Second of all, beginners can’t handle the pressure that erect stretching puts on their cock. Stay safe, stay flaccid. A very slight erection is okay, 30% at the most.
While there are exceptions to this, you most likely aren’t one. This is an advanced exercise, and you should wait at least a year before doing it. Even then, I don’t recommend it: Flaccid stretching is much safer and gives you the same benefits.
Now, with that out of the way, let’s continue with the ultimate guide to manual penis stretching.
Step 0: Warm Up Your Penis

Step 0.5: Roll Your Foreskin Back
This is an in-between step, and rather self-explanatory.
I do have to add that there are differing opinions on this.Some people believe that stretching your penis without rolling your foreskin back stretches the skin more than the penis, reducing the training effect. Other people say it doesn’t make a difference.
I’d say there’s no point in taking the risk and would advise you to roll your foreskin back.
Step 1: Make an OK-Sign and wrap it around your penis, just in front of your glans
The reason you don’t want to grab your glans is that there are lots of nerve endings there. Although I believe stretching your penis is safe, you shouldn’t mess with something as highly sensitive as that.
Step 2: Pull On Your Penis
Don’t jerk it outward or wrench it or play tug-of-war with it. Take two or three seconds to pull it as much as you can comfortably take, then stay there.
Congratulations, you are successfully stretching your penis. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, then move your hand close to your body again. Don’t just let go! Be gentle to your penis.
Also, don’t pull until it hurts! You should feel a strong stretch, but never sharp pain (or any other kind of pain, for that matter). I err on the side of caution and back off when it gets uncomfortable, but that is a judgment call only you can make.
I like to crank my penis (counter-)clockwise in between stretches, but that’s just preference. You can do some kegels or just let it be.
If you stretch for a few sets, your penis will likely get a bit cold. That’s nothing to worry about, and the temperature will return to normal after a while. You can speed up the process by masturbating a bit or kegeling.
Step 3: Repeat In Different Directions
The reason you want to pull in different directions is because it targets different areas. If you have a slight penis curve, you can focus on one direction, e.g. if your penis curves slightly left, you can pull to the right to even it out. Of course, only if you don’t want your penis to curve. If you don’t care, just do it in all directions.
I like to do it in the following directions:
Top Right, Top, Top Left
Forward Right, Straight out, Forward Left
Bottom Right, Bottom, Bottom Left
Behind The Cheeks on the Right Side, Behind The Cheeks, Behind the Cheeks on the Left Side
That’s 12 stretches which, if you do them 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off, will take you a total of 8 minutes. I like to repeat that twice for a total of three times, or 24 minutes of stretching, but that’s up to you. I do urge you to take it easy when you’re just starting out, maybe even just one set. Gains will come easy for you, anyway, so why put in more time than needed?
That’s it, you’re done!
Your penis will likely turtle up a bit, meaning it will become small and retract into the foreskin. Some people advocate wrapping your penis in self-adhesive band-aid to keep it in a stretched position and encourage cell growth in this elongated state.
I personally don’t feel that’s necessary. I just jerk off a bit until my dick is warm and cozy, and that’s that.
