It doesn't really matter how many times you use it per day, as long as you don't exceed 15-20 minutes in the vacuum. Those 15-20 minutes are a general guideline so take it with a grain of salt; you will have to test for yourself to see how much its safe for you.
At the beginning give yourself 2 days of rest in a week, and as weeks/months pass you will see if you need to change the rest day count.
I use mine anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours per day, in one session. Sometimes I'll do 4-5 days on and 3 off, I do random cycles and high pressure as well.

Well this is my second month using bathmate regularly. I posted my progress like 1 month ago and I want to share my progress, process and routines. First I changed the use of bathmate, now I use it every other day (day on, day off and so on) and on my days off I do manuals, pretty basic manuals, stretch and jelq. Now I rest on weekends, as I’ve read that rest days really matter.
As I said in my previous post, every pic is taken without comfort pad thing, on my last set, full pressure (full pressure= no water coming out of the bathmate when I press it)
My routines are:
10 min stretch 15 min jelq 3 sets of 5 min of Bathmate (first set flaccid, second and third erect)
Ok now I must say flaccid gains are very noticable, my thing hangs like never before. Erect lenght gains are noticable too but girth gains… I can’t really tell by now. Some people told me that “noob gains” come quickly and then its really hard to have gains in a short period of time, and I surely haven’t had any (noticable at least) girth gains. Yeah, right after using Bathmate girth is fucking insane, and each month it gets girthier but once the effects wear off, it goes back to starting point size.
Of course I’ll keep using Bathmate at least for one year and probably keep these monthly logs here to keep track of my progress but damn, it’s really hard to get girth gains.
So I must ask, if you use Bathmate and had any girth gains, can you give me some advice? I know its hard to have gains 2 months in but I just want to make sure I’m doing things right.

That’s amazing progress, man! Congrats. I’m one month into using mine, and I too, have noticed I can reach deeper into the tube.
That said, I haven’t measured girth, yet. I’m also training for length, but I think girth gains take longer than length.
